This notice explains, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), how your personal data is processed when you visit this website and use its forms.

2. Personal data we process
- Quote and contact form: request type, full name, company/institution, e-mail, phone, the product and quantity you ask about, and your message. The IP address the form was sent from is stored with the submission.
- Site usage — only if you accept cookies: randomly generated visitor and session identifiers; the pages you visit; the sections you view and how long they are on screen; the text of the links and buttons you click; the address and campaign details that brought you here (e.g. UTM parameters); screen size, browser language, browser details (user agent), device type, and the country derived from your IP address. What you type into a form is not part of this measurement.
- Technical records: if an error occurs on a page, the error message, the page path and your browser details. Your IP address is processed briefly to prevent abuse; we do not store it except with a form submission, though it may appear in the hosting provider’s system logs.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- To answer your quote, information and dealership requests and to contact you — directly related to establishing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and spam, and fix errors — our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
- To understand and improve how the site is used — your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). You give it with “Accept” in the cookie notice and can withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the foot of every page; declining does not affect your use of the site.
4. Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing. The hosting and infrastructure providers we use to run the site process it only on our behalf and on our instructions. Data may be shared with competent public authorities where the law requires it.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires and for the periods the applicable law sets; when the period ends or the purpose no longer applies, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about it if so,
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- have it corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- have it erased or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7,
- have corrections, erasure or destruction notified to the third parties it was transferred to,
- object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
